I’ve always been fascinated by the human experience, how we think, what we feel and how we relate to one another. Life can be challenging and we don't always know how to navigate that alone, counselling is something that can help.
I work with people experiencing overwhelm, stress, burnout, grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties and the impact of trauma. I bring a steady and calm energy to my work with clients. Leading with compassion, I take a conversational person-centred approach, incorporating somatic techniques to stabilise and support. Together we find ways to calm the nervous system, process challenges and explore any desired change.
Along with counselling and teaching yoga I'm also a mum of two boys. I love books, music, movies, yoga, my dog, nature and spending time with family and friends. Originally from Melbourne, I've loved living on the Northern Beaches for the last 10 years.
